Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Business Strategies

Develop and implement business strategies to drive commercial growth and expansion, including market research, competitor analysis, and market trend analysis.

Build and Maintain Relationships

Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and suppliers, to drive business growth and expansion.

Manage Business Operations

Manage business operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance monitoring, to ensure the successful execution of business strategies.

Develop and Manage Marketing Materials

Develop and manage marketing materials, including brochures, case studies, and press releases, to promote our products and services.

Recruit and Manage Staff

Recruit and manage staff, including hiring, training, and performance management, to ensure the successful execution of business strategies.

Requirements
  • Education

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, marketing, or finance.

Experience

1-2 years of experience in a business development or commercial role.

Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.

Personal Qualities

Accurate, client-focused, dependable, efficient, flexible, initiative, judgement, organized, reliable, and a team player.

Working Conditions
  • Work Environment

Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a high level of pressure.
