We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Sales Manager to join our team at Savers. As a Retail Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management and direction of the sales floor, ensuring that our customers receive an exceptional shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and direct the sales floor team to ensure that customer service standards are met.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Lead by example and provide coaching and training to team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to achieve sales and customer service goals.
  • Ensure that the sales floor is visually appealing and well-organized, with a focus on creating an engaging and welcoming shopping environment.
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary degree or diploma preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales floor management or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
