About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sous Chef to join our team at Totem Resorts. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate records of food costs, consumption, and inventory.
  • Analyze operating costs and other data to optimize kitchen efficiency.
  • Develop and implement new cooking techniques and menu ideas.
  • Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure exceptional service and food quality.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to plan and execute special events and menus.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
