About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Warranty Administrator to join our team at Smartrend Manufacturing Group. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Monitor and track warranty claims, ensuring accurate and efficient processing.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide solutions.
  • Administer warranty replacements, including fulfillment, shipping, and tracking.
  • Update our ERP system and trackers with accurate and timely information.
Requirements
  • Degree or certificate in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or relevant field.
  • Minimum three years in a customer service role.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
  • Customer-focused attitude with excellent negotiation skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Fluent in French would be considered an asset.
