Job Title: Warranty Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled Warranty Administrator to join our team at Smartrend Manufacturing Group. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Address customer concerns with technical questions and warranty matters in an efficient and friendly manner.
  • Monitor incoming warranty units by tracking, inspecting, and logging units upon arrival, and reroute to necessary department(s).
  • Escalate potential repetitive high-risk warranty concerns.
  • Administer warranty replacements through fulfillment, shipping, and tracking.
  • Follow up with customers on warranty issues to ensure matters have been addressed to their satisfaction.
  • Update ERP system and trackers with accurate and timely information.

Requirements:

  • Degree or certificate in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or relevant field.
  • Minimum three years in a customer service role.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, communication skills, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
  • Customer-focused attitude with excellent negotiation skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Fluent in French would be considered an asset.
