The Role:

Your Daily Responsibilities:

  • Enhancing Customer Experience: You will engage with clients and visitors, addressing their needs and managing communications in a friendly manner.
  • Team Collaboration: You will work closely with Service Technicians and Sales Consultants to oversee client order administration, including processing payments and managing billing.
  • Coordination: You will ensure all details are accurately communicated and follow up with clients to confirm the completeness of necessary paperwork.
