About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at HR Immigration Inc. in a support role for our immigration services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meeting Coordination: Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences to ensure accurate documentation.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Data Management: Compile data, statistics, and other information to support our immigration services.
  • Document Preparation: Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents to ensure accuracy and quality.
  • Information Management: Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems to ensure efficient access to information.
