Training and Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Training and Development Specialist to join our team at Electro Federation Canada. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement training programs that meet the needs of our employees and align with our business objectives.
- Design and deliver training sessions on various topics, including health and safety, customer service, and technical skills.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop training content and ensure it is accurate and up-to-date.
- Conduct needs assessments to identify training gaps and develop targeted training programs.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
- Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to help them develop their skills and knowledge.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in training and development.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as education, human resources, or business.
- 3+ years of experience in training and development, preferably in an industrial setting.
- Excellent knowledge of adult learning theories, learning designs, and delivery methods.
- Experience with training software and technology, such as learning management systems.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
