About the Role

Morrison Hershfield, a leading engineering and consulting firm, is seeking a highly skilled Senior Bridge Project Manager to join our Transportation Structures Department in Calgary, AB.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate bridge projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Lead project teams, providing guidance and mentorship to junior staff.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
  • Prepare and submit proposals, tender packages, and reports.
  • Conduct visual inspections, cost estimating, and construction engineering services.
Requirements
  • P.Eng. designation with APEGA or ability to transfer.
  • Minimum 6+ years of relevant experience in bridge consulting engineering.
  • Master's Degree in Structural Engineering is an asset.
  • Excellent report writing and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with CHBDC and Alberta Transportation design standards, construction specifications, and project delivery.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
  • Self-motivated with a strong commitment to teamwork.
