We are a leading agricultural company dedicated to sustainable farming practices. Our team is passionate about cultivating high-quality crops, and we are seeking a skilled Farm Labourer - Grain Specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cultivate and Maintain Crop Health
    • Cultivate crops on vertical farming systems
    • Monitor and control weeds to prevent damage to crops
  • Operate and Maintain Farm Equipment
    • Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment, including tractors and forklifts
    • Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure equipment is in good working condition
  • Assist with Harvesting and Processing
    • Assist with harvesting crops, including cutting and collecting
    • Help with processing and packaging crops for market
  • Work in a Fast-Paced Environment
    • Work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and high productivity expectations
    • Be able to work independently and as part of a team
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • No degree, certificate, or diploma required
    • Experience in agriculture or a related field an asset
  • Physical Demands
    • Be able to stand for extended periods and work in a physically demanding environment
    • Be able to lift heavy loads and work in a dusty and noisy environment
  • Language
    • Fluency in English required
