About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Construction Labourer to join our team at The Greenhorizons Group of Farms Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting with various construction and landscaping tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Load, Unload and Transport Materials: Assist in the transportation of construction materials to and from the work site.
  • Landscaping and Maintenance: Participate in weeding, pruning, and trimming trees and plants, as well as laying sod or seed and cutting grass.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Help maintain and repair equipment, including forklifts.
  • Assist with Landscape Constructions: Collaborate with the team to complete landscape construction projects.
  • Apply Fertilizers and Water Plants: Assist in the application of fertilizers and watering of plants, lawns, and gardens.
  • Operate and Maintain Equipment: Operate and maintain landscape maintenance equipment, including forklifts.
Work Environment

As a Construction Labourer, you will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. You will be required to work outdoors in various weather conditions, including hot and wet/damp conditions.

Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Work Conditions: Physically demanding work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Language: English language proficiency required.
  • Hours: 40 to 70 hours per week.
