Enterprise Mobility Management Trainee

Start your career with Enterprise Mobility, a world-class portfolio of brands and leading provider of mobility solutions worldwide. We're hiring immediately for our respected Management Training Program.

As a Management Trainee, you'll start learning our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches. You will be entrusted to serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert.

In our structured program, you will master the knowledge and skills you need to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business, and develop your team.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and sales support
  • Develop and implement business growth strategies
  • Manage branch operations and team performance
  • Build relationships with customers and partners
Qualifications
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Must have a 4-year bachelor's degree from an accredited Canadian University or an international equivalent
  • Must have 6 months cumulative experience in sales, customer service, leadership, or a related field
  • Must have a valid Canadian Class G or G2 driver's license with no more than two moving violations and/or at fault accidents within the last three years
  • Must be authorized to work in Canada and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position
