About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Civil/Municipal Project Manager to join our team at J.L. Richards & Associates Limited. As a key member of our Civil Engineering group, you will be responsible for leading the development of sustainable designs for municipal infrastructure, working with experienced teams to create high-quality custom solutions for clients with unique needs in challenging environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement innovative solutions for municipal infrastructure projects
  • Lead and mentor junior and intermediate staff through day-to-day challenges
  • Work with long-time clients to ensure their expectations are met, and forge new relationships to drive business development
  • Develop and lead the development of competitive proposals to secure new assignments
