Job Summary:

Totem Recruiter is seeking a highly skilled Leasing Representative to join our team. As a Leasing Representative, you will be responsible for selecting and contacting potential clients, researching and inputting various data, and presenting and negotiating pricing and contractual conditions for proposed spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure a smooth occupancy process.
  • Coordinate with tenants and supervise associated construction or development work.
  • Manage and maintain databases and sales resources.
  • Develop and implement effective communication strategies, including the creation of marketing materials and management of company websites and social media.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve sales goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • 2 years of commercial leasing experience.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
  • Bilingual in French and English.
  • Possession of a personal vehicle and a valid driver's license.
  • Previous work experience in a similar position, preferably in the same industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting.
  • Possession of a commercial real estate broker's license.
  • Knowledge of graphic design with software such as Adobe InDesign and Adobe Photoshop.
