Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Director of Organizational Development and Culture at UAP Inc. This is a key leadership role that requires a strong background in real estate management, strategic planning, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Real Estate Strategy and Planning
    • Develop and implement a comprehensive real estate strategy that aligns with the company's business objectives.
    • Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Facilities Management
    • Oversee the day-to-day operations of our facilities, including lease administration, project management, and maintenance.
    • Ensure that all facilities are safe, secure, and compliant with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Team Leadership
    • Lead a team of professionals responsible for real estate management, facilities operations, and strategic planning.
    • Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of team members.
  • Communication and Collaboration
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including senior management, department heads, and employees.
    • Communicate effectively with external partners, including vendors, contractors, and government agencies.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, real estate, or engineering.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in real estate management, facilities operations, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in strategic planning, team leadership, and communication.
  • Fluent in both oral and written French and English.
