Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Technical Sales Manager to join our sales team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in bridging the gap between our sales processes and customer experience. Your technical expertise and deep understanding of customer needs will enable you to ensure our product delivers tangible, sustained value throughout the customer's journey.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to gauge customer needs and understand their Operational Intelligence requirements.
  • Participate in Quarterly Value Reviews (QVRs) to provide technical proofs of customer value creation and related facts that have added value to customers.
  • Organize and conduct webinars and training sessions to ensure customers get the most out of their purchases.
  • Design and articulate value narratives specific to customers obtaining value from using Pani Zed, producing technical content when necessary.
Requirements
  • University degree in engineering, sciences, or relevant equivalent education and experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of plant operation/process engineering experience.
  • Technical Acumen: Possess a deep understanding of technical treatment plant operations & processes, especially in areas like desalination (SWRO, BWRO, etc.).
  • Communication Mastery: Adept at both written and verbal communication, ensuring clear conveyance of value propositions and technical nuances.
What We Offer

Pani offers a competitive total rewards package, including comprehensive health & dental benefits and paid time off. The annualized base salary range for this role is CAD $50,000 to $100,000, with the potential for a commission structure.
