Job Summary:

S.i. Systèmes is seeking a highly skilled Senior Bilingual Network Administrator to join our team as an Incident Management Specialist. This is a unique opportunity to leverage your technical expertise and language skills to drive customer satisfaction and improve our network operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide 24/7 support for incident management, ensuring timely resolution and minimal impact on customer experience.
  • Implement solutions to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Participate actively in major incident response, collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet SLA/SLO targets.
  • Lead technical discussions and provide guidance on major incident conference calls.
  • Identify and address problematic trends proactively.
  • Produce and review post-incident reports in a timely manner.
  • Facilitate governance meetings with internal stakeholders and partners.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, customers, and suppliers to establish effective communication and manage expectations.
  • Ensure quality control over problem/incident activities.
  • Meet with customer service account managers to present results and action plans related to problem management.
  • Provide regular updates to internal business groups and executives on problem records.
  • Identify service improvement opportunities and analyze risk assessments.
  • Act as the single point of contact for customer escalations and service assurance-related issues.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience as a Network Administrator.
  • Experience with WAN/LAN networks.
  • Experience with VoIP technology.
  • Experience in network security.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and French.
