Job Title: Bilingual Senior IT Infrastructure Administrator

If so, Insight is in search of a highly skilled and experienced bilingual Senior IT Infrastructure Administrator to become part of our team. The successful candidate will oversee and sustain clients' IT environments, ensuring peak performance and robust security. The Senior IT Infrastructure Administrator will possess over 5 years of experience in Microsoft Windows Server, Linux, VMWare or other virtualization technologies, Azure and AWS platforms, Intune/Autopilot, and other relevant systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and maintain the client's hybrid IT environment, including servers, storage solutions, and networking equipment.
- Conduct routine maintenance and upgrades on servers, databases, and associated systems.
- Monitor system performance and address issues as they arise.
- Implement security protocols to safeguard organizational data and systems.
- Develop and uphold disaster recovery strategies and procedures.
- Collaborate with fellow IT professionals to ensure seamless integration of systems.
- Provide technical assistance to end users and resolve issues promptly.
- Stay informed about emerging technologies and industry advancements.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
- More than 5 years of experience with Microsoft Windows Server, Linux, VMWare or other virtualization technologies, Azure and AWS platforms, Intune/Autopilot, and other relevant systems.
- In-depth knowledge of network protocols and security standards.
- Experience in managing and maintaining Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and other related systems.
- Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Relevant industry certifications are advantageous.
