Your mission will be to lead and contribute to transformational projects, ensuring continuous service improvement, security, and operational reliability across our information system.
Key Responsibilities- Network Infrastructure Management: Lead the installation, configuration, maintenance, and support of our network infrastructure, ensuring robustness and efficiency.
- Network Device Administration: Administer a large range of network devices deployed in different locations that drive our business.
- Network Design and Operations: Contribute to defining standards and best practices for network design and operations.
- Network Innovation: Innovate on the network and telecommunication infrastructure by implementing automation and self-healing solutions based on a continuous improvement mindset.
- Performance and Monitoring: Maintain cutting-edge performance and monitoring systems, contributing to the continuous advancement of our IT practices.
- Documentation and Knowledge Sharing: Uphold exemplary technical documentation and contribute to the knowledge-sharing culture within the team.
- On-Call Support: Participate in the on-call rotation for after-hours support and perform occasional maintenance outside regular business hours.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 8+ years of proven experience in network administration
- Expertise in network performance issue troubleshooting
- Advanced knowledge of network architecture LAN and WAN
- Knowledge of scripting for network automation: Python, Napalm, Jinja2, Ansible, …
- Proficiency in IP networking (LAN/WAN, Layer 2, Layer 3, VPN, SDN, DHCP, DNS…)
- A proven track record in implementing and managing infrastructure observability and monitoring tools
- Experience with different network technologies
- Experience with network cloud services, Cisco, Fortinet, Ubiquiti, Optical network, large network infrastructure is a plus
- Bilingual communication skills in English and French
