Landscaping Manager

Norse Landscapes Ltd is seeking a skilled Landscaping Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our outdoor maintenance team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our landscaping services.
Key Responsibilities:- Schedule Work: Plan and coordinate the daily work schedule for our landscaping team.
- Grounds Maintenance: Direct and supervise the maintenance of our outdoor spaces, including lawns, gardens, and other landscaping features.
- Landscape Construction: Plan, manage, and supervise the construction of new landscaping projects, including installation of plants, hardscapes, and other features.
- Work Records: Maintain accurate records of work completed, including logs and reports.
- Equipment Maintenance: Ensure that all equipment is properly maintained and repaired.
- Team Supervision: Supervise and train a team of 3-4 landscaping workers.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Work Experience: 3-4 years of experience in landscaping or a related field.
- Language: English.
- Work Environment: Outdoor work environment.
- Fast-Paced Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Physically Demanding: Perform physically demanding tasks, including standing for extended periods and bending, crouching, and kneeling.
- Initiative: Take initiative to complete tasks and meet deadlines.
- Judgement: Use sound judgement to make decisions and solve problems.
- Team Player: Work effectively as part of a team.
