Verve Senior Living is seeking a dedicated and experienced Dining Services Team Leader to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring that our residents receive exceptional dining experiences within our vibrant community.

As a Dining Services Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the dining service, including meal preparation, service, and sanitation. You will lead and motivate a team of dining staff to deliver high-quality service that meets the needs of our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of dining staff, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized dining environment in accordance with health and safety regulations.
  • Develop and implement menus that cater to diverse dietary needs and preferences.
  • Ensure timely and accurate food preparation and presentation.
  • Resolve resident concerns and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service operations.
