Job Title: Dining Services Team Leader

At Verve Senior Living, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Dining Services Team Leader to join our team. As a key member of our dining services team, you will be responsible for supervising, scheduling, and overseeing the delivery and serving of meals to residents and guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the work of dining room staff, ensuring that meals are served efficiently and effectively.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation in the dining area and kitchen.
  • Assist with menu planning, food preparation, and inventory management.
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Collaborate with the dining services manager to achieve departmental goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a hotel, restaurant, or institutional setting.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer knowledge with Microsoft Office.
  • Food Handling Certificates required.
