About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Culinary Professional to join our team at 2588636 ONTARIO INC. As a key member of our kitchen operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and presentation of our menu items.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Execution
    • Develop and implement menus that meet the needs of our customers and align with our company's culinary vision.
    • Plan and execute menu items, including determining portion sizes and costs.
  • Kitchen Operations
    • Supervise and train kitchen staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food.
    • Requisition food and kitchen supplies, and maintain inventory and records.
  • Customer Service
    • Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances.
    • Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure high standards of cleanliness and safety.
  • Team Management
    • Supervise kitchen staff and helpers, and provide guidance and support as needed.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent experience.
  • Work Environment
    • Fast-paced environment with a focus on attention to detail.
    • Physically demanding, with standing for extended periods.
  • Language
    • English language proficiency required.
