At CANADA GOLDEN FOOD INC., we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.
  • Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, as well as provide guidance on food preparation and presentation.
  • Inventory Management: Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns, ensuring that their experience is positive and memorable.
  • Reporting and Budgeting: Prepare and submit reports, as well as prepare budget and cost estimates for food service operations.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Schedule: 40 hours per week.
