We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at G & R LAU ENTERPRISES LTD. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food quality meets the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities- Restaurant Operations: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food is prepared and served in a timely and efficient manner.
- Food Service Management: Establish methods to meet work schedules, requisition food and kitchen supplies, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Team Leadership: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and supervise and check delivery of food trolleys.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns, and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit reports on sales, stock, and other relevant data.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a food service environment.
- Language: English.
- Work Setting: Fast food outlet or concession.
