Eiffage Génie Civil is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Construction Project Lead to oversee a significant infrastructure project within the Grand Paris Express network.

As the Construction Project Lead, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of this ambitious undertaking. Your responsibilities will encompass all aspects of construction management, from initial planning and resource allocation to quality assurance and final delivery.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic direction and oversight for the entire construction process, ensuring alignment with project objectives and timelines.
  • Conduct thorough reviews of project documentation, identifying potential risks and opportunities.
  • Effectively manage administrative tasks, maintaining meticulous records and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Establish a safe and efficient construction site environment, adhering to all relevant regulations and industry best practices.
  • Develop comprehensive resource plans, optimizing material procurement and labor allocation for optimal project delivery.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including engineers, subcontractors, and regulatory bodies, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Lead and motivate a team of construction professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of proven experience in construction management, with a demonstrated track record of successful project delivery.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard software tools and document management systems.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively manage diverse teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality.
