About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Solar Panel Installer to join our team at Simple Solar. As a key member of our installation team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient installation of solar panel systems for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Education and Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in the solar panel installation industry, with a strong background in electrical work and a valid trade certification.
  • Work Site Environment: You will be working outdoors, often at heights, and will be required to lift and move heavy equipment.
  • Tasks: Your primary responsibilities will include preparing and maintaining work materials and supplies, utilizing hand and power tools, and ensuring that all installations meet the highest safety standards.
  • Certifications and Training: You will be required to hold current certifications in Working at Heights and Fall Arrest Protection, and will be expected to maintain a high level of proficiency in these areas.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: This is a physically demanding role that requires a high level of stamina and endurance.
  • Screening Questions: You will be required to answer a series of screening questions to ensure that you meet the necessary qualifications and requirements for the role.
