Qualifications:

  • Residing in the Calgary region
  • Possession of a valid Journeyman's license

  • Able to lift weights between 45-50lbs

Compensation:

We offer a pay structure based on wattage, allowing you to maximize your earnings potential. Anticipated annual earnings range from $85,000 to $115,000.


A typical day includes:

  • Executing projects in accordance with established policies and procedures.
  • Completing tasks within designated time frames and budgets.
  • Upholding high standards of quality assurance and safety protocols.
  • Installing inverters for AC to DC conversion.
  • Performing groundwork for solar installations, including connections to the main service panel.
  • Collaborating effectively with team members, delegating tasks, and resolving any crew-related issues.
  • Diagnosing and troubleshooting system malfunctions and operational challenges.
  • Engaging with clients in a professional and respectful manner, addressing inquiries and concerns effectively.
  • Completing necessary documentation for each job.
