Your Role:

As a Field Claims Adjuster, you will be an integral member of our expanding team.

Your responsibilities will include assisting clients in navigating their claims process. Collaborating with a diverse group of claims professionals, you will help customers recover from losses.

Your compassion and expertise will be essential as you manage intricate claims for both personal and commercial clients. With over 75 distinct roles within the Claims department, you will find numerous opportunities for career progression and personal development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Apply your technical expertise to resolve unique challenges.
  • Evaluate policy coverage and damages to identify suitable solutions.
  • Assess liability through consultations and negotiate settlements.
  • Engage in claims catastrophes and work collaboratively with various teams.
  • Effectively manage costs while staying updated on industry trends.

Qualifications:

  • Possess a 5A Claims Adjuster Certificate.
  • Have at least two years of experience as a property adjuster.
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of insurance law.
  • Fluency in both French and English is required.
  • Hold a valid driver's license and be willing to travel as necessary.
