RT Medical is seeking a skilled Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) to join our team. As an RPN, you will provide high-quality patient care in a variety of settings, including long-term care facilities, clinics, and patients' homes.
Key Responsibilities- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
- Provide direct patient care, including wound care, IV medications, and catheter care
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Travel to patients' homes and facilities to provide care
- Perform other clinical duties as required
- Diploma from a recognized RPN program or equivalent
- Registered Practical Nurse in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario
- Valid Standard First Aid and Level C CPR certification
- Updated immunization records, including a two-step tuberculosis test within the last 6 months
- Clear criminal background checks and Vulnerable Sector checks
