About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Officer to join our team at CLT Logistics Inc. as an Administrative Officer - Logistics Operations. This is a permanent position that requires a high level of organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the logistics operations team, including preparing and maintaining records, reports, and other documents.
  • Coordination and Planning: Coordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Budgeting and Inventory Management: Assist in the preparation of operating budgets and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Communication and Reporting: Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Supervision and Team Management: Supervise and coordinate office administrative procedures, including delegating work to office support staff and establishing work priorities.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, and reliability.
Work Environment

This is a fast-paced environment that requires the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. The successful candidate will have a large workload and must be able to prioritize tasks effectively.
