Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to employees via phone, email, and in-person
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network
- Install, configure, and maintain software and hardware
- Monitor and maintain the performance of our IT systems
- Collaborate with other teams to resolve technical issues
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in a helpdesk or technical support role
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory, MS Office 365, and PC skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
