Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Helpdesk LV 1 to join our team at CB Canada. As a Helpdesk LV 1, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients, resolving their IT issues, and ensuring that their systems are running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, and in-person
