Sales Director

At Nadracardcentre, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Director to lead our sales team and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Implement Sales Strategies: Create and execute effective sales plans to achieve company sales goals and objectives.
- Lead and Mentor the Sales Team: Manage, guide, and motivate the sales team to maximize their potential and achieve sales targets.
- Market Analysis and Opportunity Identification: Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats in the market.
- Client Relationship Management: Foster and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners to drive sales and long-term business growth.
- Sales Forecasting and Budget Management: Prepare sales forecasts, monitor progress, and adjust strategies as needed to meet or exceed sales targets, while managing the sales budget efficiently.
- Reporting and Collaboration: Provide regular reports on sales performance to the executive team and collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment with overall company objectives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (Master's or MBA is a plus).
- Extensive sales and management experience.
- Strong leadership and industry knowledge.
- Strategic thinking and financial acumen.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Adaptability to changing market conditions.
- Knowledge of GDPR.
- Fluency in Urdu and Punjabi.
A candidate with previous experience in Nadra will be highly desirable.
