About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Property Administrator to join our team at TAG MANAGEMENT. As a Property Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our properties, including preparing and administering contracts, coordinating repairs and maintenance, and monitoring progress and costs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contract Administration: Prepare and administer contracts for property services, such as maintenance and repairs.
  • Coordination and Communication: Coordinate the implementation of repairs, maintenance, and renovation projects, and ensure timely communication with property owners and stakeholders.
  • Financial Management: Monitor progress and costs of work for property owners, and ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Customer Service: Respond to trouble calls from clients or tenants, and provide excellent customer service to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in property management or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, ability to multitask, and proficiency in MS Office.
  • Security Clearance: Bondable and criminal record check required.
