Assistant Property Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Property Management Professional with a strong background in property administration to join our team at Larlyn Property Management in Burlington. The ideal candidate will have experience with property management software and a passion for advancing their career in property administration. This is a fast-paced industry requiring a fast-paced individual who is eager to learn and grow.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Must have experience with property management software.
- A Limited License is considered an asset.
- Eagerness to learn and take on new responsibilities.
- Strong team collaboration skills.
- Willingness to provide support to the Property Manager.
- Ambition to advance within the property management field, with aspirations to move into a leadership role.
- Ability to thrive in a high-demand, fast-paced environment.
The successful candidate will primarily work from a site office, with regular visits to the Head Office.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Property Management role.
- Possession of a Limited License.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
