Job Title: Profit Centre Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Profit Centre Manager to lead our business operations at the Profit Centre. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive sales growth, improve profitability, and enhance customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales and marketing plans to achieve revenue and profit targets
  • Lead and manage a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer service and support
  • Analyze financial reports and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
  • Manage inventory, assets, and expenses to optimize profitability
  • Perform other duties as required to support the success of the Profit Centre

Requirements:

  • College or university degree in a relevant field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in wholesale distribution or a related field
  • Proven track record of sales and profit growth
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the construction industry or with plumbing and HVAC products
  • Knowledge of purchasing and inventory control processes
  • Ability to learn and operate software systems and material handling equipment
