We are seeking a highly experienced Restaurant General Manager to lead our airport restaurant operations at the Vancouver International Airport. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing all front-of-house and kitchen activities, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise a team of Food Travel Experts to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high food quality standards.
- Optimize food and labor costs to maximize profitability and drive business growth.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, increase sales, and enhance the overall dining experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations, maintain high standards of food safety, and adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends to inform business decisions and drive growth.
Requirements
- 4+ years of full-service restaurant management experience, preferably in a high-volume airport environment.
- Proven track record of driving business growth, improving customer satisfaction, and increasing sales.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions.
- Relevant certifications, such as Food Handlers' Card, and a high school diploma or equivalent.
