We are a dynamic and fast-paced restaurant looking for a skilled and experienced chef to join our team. As a chef at My Roti Place My Dosa Place, you will be responsible for leading our culinary team and creating delicious and authentic Indian dishes for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Preparation

Plan and prepare menus that showcase the flavors and spices of South Indian cuisine, ensuring that all dishes meet our high quality standards.

Culinary Leadership

Supervise and train our culinary team, providing guidance and support to ensure that all dishes are prepared to perfection.

Inventory Management

Manage our inventory of ingredients and supplies, ensuring that we have everything we need to create our delicious dishes.

Customer Service

Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that all customers have a positive and memorable dining experience.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.

Experience

3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role.

Skills

Excellent culinary skills, leadership abilities, and attention to detail.

Work Environment

Our restaurant is a fast-paced and physically demanding environment, requiring our chefs to work well under pressure and maintain a high level of energy throughout their shift.
