Role Overview

The Assistant Store Manager plays a crucial role in supporting the Store Manager to ensure that both individual and team performance standards are met. This position is essential in driving sales and achieving profit targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include:

  • Assisting in the development and training of team members to enhance their skills and product knowledge.

Qualifications
