At Papa Johns Oshawa Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled Food Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our store operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our food store. Your primary focus will be on supervising and coordinating the activities of our sales team, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively to meet our customer needs. You will also be responsible for hiring, training, and developing our staff, as well as establishing work schedules and resolving any issues that may arise. Additionally, you will be responsible for organizing and maintaining our inventory, ensuring that we have the right products in stock at the right time. **Key Responsibilities:**

* Supervise and coordinate the activities of our sales team
* Hire, train, and develop our staff
* Establish work schedules
* Resolve issues that may arise
* Organize and maintain inventory

**Requirements:**

* Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
* 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail environment
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
