Job Summary:

The Head Cleaning Man/Woman will be responsible for overseeing the cleaning operations of our facilities, ensuring that all areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Coordinate Cleaning Staff: Hire, train, and supervise a team of cleaning staff to ensure that all areas are cleaned to the highest standards.
  • Inspect Sites and Facilities: Regularly inspect sites and facilities to ensure that they meet our high standards of cleanliness and safety.
  • Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules to ensure that all areas are cleaned efficiently and effectively.
  • Assist Cleaners: Assist cleaners in performing their duties and provide guidance and support as needed.
  • Receive Payment for Specialized Cleaning Jobs: Receive payment for specialized cleaning jobs and ensure that all financial transactions are accurate and up-to-date.
Requirements:
  • Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) Certificate: Possess a valid WHMIS certificate.
  • First Aid Certificate: Possess a valid first aid certificate.
  • Criminal Record Check: Pass a criminal record check.
  • Driver's Validity Licence Check: Possess a valid driver's license.
  • Driving Record Check (Abstract): Possess a clean driving record.
