Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Service
    • Provide warm and welcoming service to guests, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
    • Assist guests with room assignments, key card distribution, and other related tasks.
  • Front Desk Operations
    • Process guest arrivals and departures, handling check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately.
    • Manage room inventory, ensuring that rooms are assigned and unassigned correctly.
    • Handle guest complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and photocopying.
    • Assist with maintaining accurate records and reports, including guest information and hotel operations data.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a hotel front desk or customer service role.
  • Skills

    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
