Culinary Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated Line Cook to join our culinary team at Firehall Pizza Co. This role involves preparing and cooking a variety of dishes while ensuring high standards of food safety and quality.
Qualifications- Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
- Experience: A minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years in a similar role is preferred.
The position is based in a fast-paced restaurant setting, which may include working in rural areas and bars.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes.
- Accommodate customers with food allergies or intolerances.
- Order and manage supplies and kitchen equipment.
- Maintain accurate inventory and records of food and supplies.
- Ensure cleanliness of kitchen and work areas.
This role specializes in Italian cuisine, requiring a passion for traditional cooking methods and flavors.
