We are seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to join our dynamic team as an Executive Assistant to the CEO. This role will be responsible for ensuring the CEO is organized and on top of all tasks and deliverables.

Key Responsibilities
  • Calendar Management: Oversee comprehensive calendar management for the CEO, ensuring seamless scheduling and coordination.
  • Minute-Taking: Record meeting minutes, review, and revise according to specified formats, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications, fostering effective working relationships and resolving issues promptly.
  • CEO Support: Work closely with the CEO, keeping them informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, and providing administrative support as needed.
  • Confidentiality: Handle sensitive and confidential matters discreetly, related to the daily activities of the Office of the CEO.
  • Administrative Support: Provide professional administrative support in a respectful and efficient manner, ensuring the smooth operation of the CEO's office.
  • Schedule & Travel Coordination: Manage complex schedules and travel itineraries, ensuring timely and efficient execution.
  • Other Responsibilities: Undertake other duties as assigned by the CEO and Management Team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of professional experience in a related role, demonstrating exceptional judgment and discretion.
  • Organization: Highly organized with strong attention to detail and proven organizational skills, ensuring seamless execution of tasks.
  • Teamwork: Resourceful team player with a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment, fostering effective working relationships.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills to foster effective working relationships, both internally and externally.
  • Technical Proficiency: High level of computer proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and video conferencing systems.
  • Customer Service: Exceptional customer service skills, ensuring prompt and professional communication.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ensuring clear and concise messaging.
