We are seeking an experienced Executive Support Specialist to join our team at Superstars Realty Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administration and be able to provide high-level support to our executives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and coordinate administrative policies and procedures
  • Analyze and prepare reports, submissions, and memoranda
  • Coordinate the production and submission of summary briefs and reports
  • Prepare agendas and make arrangements for meetings
  • Liaise with departmental and corporate officials
  • Arrange travel and related itineraries
  • Prepare financial statements and administer contracts
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
  • Strong computer skills, including MS Office and Simply Accounting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
