Job Title: Executive Support Specialist
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Support Specialist to join our team at Superstars Realty Ltd. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our executives, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and contributing to the success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and coordinate administrative policies and procedures
- Analyze and prepare reports, submissions, and memoranda
- Prepare and coordinate the production and submission of summary briefs and reports
- Coordinate meetings, agendas, and travel arrangements
- Liaise with departmental and corporate officials, and other organizations and associations
- Prepare and administer contracts, documents, and financial statements
Requirements:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
- Proficiency in MS Office, Simply Accounting, and other relevant software
