Job Title: Executive Support Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Support Specialist to join our team at Superstars Realty Ltd. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our executives, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and contributing to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and coordinate administrative policies and procedures
  • Analyze and prepare reports, submissions, and memoranda
  • Prepare and coordinate the production and submission of summary briefs and reports
  • Coordinate meetings, agendas, and travel arrangements
  • Liaise with departmental and corporate officials, and other organizations and associations
  • Prepare and administer contracts, documents, and financial statements

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Simply Accounting, and other relevant software
