About the Role

Requirements
  • Education: College or CEGEP diploma in a relevant field, such as social work, psychology, or a related discipline.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field, preferably in a community rehabilitation setting.
  • Work Setting: Group home, urban area, and various locations, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
  • Personal Qualities: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations and stakeholders.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment, with the ability to work under pressure and in a physically demanding role.
  • Weight Handling: Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) as required.
Language and Work Term
  • Language: English is the primary language of work, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
  • Work Term: Permanent, full-time position with a minimum of 30 to 40 hours per week.
