Job Description:

US Tech Solutions is seeking a highly skilled SAN Storage Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our infrastructure team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our enterprise storage infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement storage solutions using EMC SAN products, including Pure Storage, Brocade FC switch, PMAX, VMAX, Isilon, and Data Domain.
  • Administer and troubleshoot storage-related issues, including PMAX, Storage Provisioning process, Zonning, Solution Enabler, SRDF, Clones, Unisphere, Performance Manager, PowerPath, FAST, Thin Provisioning, RAID, and SAN troubleshooting.
  • Monitor storage resource usage and availability, and generate reports and analysis on storage usage.
  • Collaborate with vendors to resolve hardware failures and performance troubleshooting issues.
  • Provide off-hours and weekend remote support as needed.
Requirements:
  • Expertise with PMAX and VMAX3 technology.
  • Strong background in SAN administration, including PMAX, Storage Provisioning process, Zonning, Solution Enabler, SRDF, Clones, Unisphere, Performance Manager, PowerPath, FAST, Thin Provisioning, RAID, and SAN troubleshooting.
  • Deep knowledge of Pure Storage administration.
  • Hands-on knowledge of Brocade SAN switches and CMCNE.
  • Scripting knowledge in Python or Perl is desired.
