About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Landscaping Supervisor to join our team at Alpha Bravo Charlie Maintenance Ltd. as a key member of our grounds maintenance team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hiring and Supervision: Recruit, train, and supervise a team of grounds maintenance staff to ensure efficient and effective delivery of services.
  • Grounds Maintenance Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive grounds maintenance plans to ensure the upkeep of outdoor spaces.
  • Equipment Management: Oversee the maintenance and repair of equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
  • Material Procurement: Source and procure materials, equipment, and supplies necessary for grounds maintenance operations.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular site visits to ensure that work is completed to a high standard and address any issues promptly.
  • Team Leadership: Foster a positive and productive team environment, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Work Conditions: Fast-paced environment, physically demanding, and requires manual dexterity.
  • Personal Suitability: Excellent oral communication, initiative, judgement, and team player.
Working Conditions
  • Work Schedule: 40 hours per week.
  • Language: English.
